By visiting pipesology.com, you’re agreeing to play by these rules. Don’t misuse the site, hack it, scrape it, or use our content without permission. You may share our products and images socially — that’s encouraged — just keep the brand intact.
Orders & Payments
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email — that’s your official receipt.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that look suspicious or exceed normal consumer quantities.
(If you’re trying to buy 100 Lob Launchers at once, maybe email us first.)
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves HQ. Shipping times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and other factors we can’t control — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. If something’s off, check our Smiles-Back Guarantee (Return Policy) for details. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items in new condition.
Product Info
We work hard to describe every club, accessory, and color as accurately as possible. Small differences in screen display, coating tone, or finish may occur — it’s part of real-world manufacturing.
We reserve the right to modify designs or specs as we keep improving the SureShot Series and future Pipesology gear.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and product names (including Pipesology, SureShot Series, Gap Saver, Sand Escape, and Lob Launcher) are protected trademarks and proprietary designs owned by Pipesology LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content, CAD files, or creative materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We make great gear, but we’re not responsible for bad shots, lost bets, or broken egos.
To be clear: Pipesology LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be handled in South Dakota courts.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the bottom will always show the latest version. Keep an eye out if you like staying current — otherwise, just know that when you keep using our site, you’re agreeing to the latest version.
