Pipesology Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom or engraved products (like SureShot Series clubs or personalized towels) may take 7–10 business days before shipping.
If your order includes both stocked and custom items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s complete — because we like things done right, not halfway.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority to get your gear to you fast.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier speed.
Typical delivery times:

You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order hits the road — so you can follow it like a tee shot down the fairway.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
International shipping will roll out soon (because Pipesology is going global, baby).

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received it within 5 business days after placing your order, shoot us a note at support@pipesology.com.

We can’t control carrier delays, weather, or the occasional lost driver who slices one into the trees — but we’ll always help you find your package and make it right.
