Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

This policy covers Founding Launch pre-orders: the SureShot Series™ clubs, The Complete Set and Pipesology golf balls.

Cancel within 7 days for a full refund

You can cancel a pre-order within 7 days of ordering for a full refund. Email fun@pipesology.com with your order number.

After 7 days

After 7 days, pre-orders can't be cancelled, because your payment goes into production. You still have options:

• Switch clubs. Trade your pre-order for a different club.
• Give it as a gift. Have it shipped to someone else instead.

Email fun@pipesology.com with your order number to set either one up.

If the ship date changes

Estimated shipping is Spring 2027 (estimated April–May). If Pipesology can't ship by the end of May 2027, you'll get an email with the new date, and you can cancel at that point for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
